He is affiliated with the Kennett High School Adult Education Program and currently serves as the chairman of the Kennett Career and Technical Center Business Advisory Board. His personal interests include motorcycling, traveling, skiing, hiking, music, theater, and reading.

Owner of Minuteman Press in North Conway. Serves on the Board of Directors of North Conway Community Center, Dollars for Scholars and Ham Arena. Pat is a youth group counselor at the Lutheran church of the Nativity. Personal interest include golf, hiking, biking, snowboarding and travel.
Eric Derby M & M Assurance Group
With over 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, Eric has served in hotels, restaurants, and ski areas throughout the country. He decided to make North Conway his home 15 years ago and has resided in the Valley ever since. He has put his business degree and real life experience in the service industry to use as a Commercial Insurance Broker at M&M Assurance, specializing in hospitality. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife Kate and their twin daughters. Together they enjoy taking advantage of the many activities the Valley has to offer including skiing, biking, and hiking.
Karen Milford
With over 15 years of experience in finance and administration, Karen served as Vice President of Professional Services and CFO at the Echo Group from 2003-2010. She also worked in public accounting, including five years in the audit department at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. Away from work, she is the choir director for Our Lady of the Mountains Parish and enjoys hiking.
